ILM Leadership Institute
What is Leadership Training?
The ILM founders established ILTI to train our trainees the science behind coordinating successful community projects. With over 25 years of experience, we understand the hard and soft skills required to design projects with a positive impact. The trainers are experts from the talent development, project management, finance, health care, and IT industries.
Our first cohort was launched in 2023. Trainees participated in the project planning, design, delivery, and reporting of Humanitarian Day. As founders, we are excited about institutionalizing our knowledge. Our vision to see the next generation create new innovative methods to make a greater impact serving those in need in our local community.
